At their regularly scheduled meeting on January 17, 2017 the Pittsfield Town Council adopted the following:
[font=font36821]ORDINANCE 17-01: (EMERGENCY)[/font] The Town of Pittsfield hereby Ordains to enact by Emergency Ordinance, The Town of Pittsfield Moratorium Ordinance on Retail Marijuana Establishments and Retail Marijuana Social Clubs, with said enactment to become effective immediately, pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.14 of the Town Charter.
