Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a meeting on [font=font36821]Thursday, January 3rd, 2019, beginning at 7:00 p.m.[/font] in the [font=font36821]Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall[/font] and will consider the following public hearings:
To Amend Chapter 165, Land Development Code, of the Code of the City of Bangor, by Eliminating the Setback Requirements from Railroad Property with active rail lines. This ordinance would eliminate setback requirements for parcels adjoining railroad parcels in other zones as well.
