Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Default Judgment for Foreclosure entered November 6, 2018 in the action entitled Treeline, Inc., JMG, Corp., and Philip Andrews vs. Jeffrey Lindsey; Jennifer Lindsey, and Ally Financial, Inc., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No.: BANDC-RE-16-163, Mortgagees, Treeline, Inc., et al will conduct a public sale to the highest bidder of certain real property owned by the Judgment Debtors located in the Town of Glenburn, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and being more particularly described in a Mortgage given by Jeffrey L. Lindsey and Jennifer H. Lindsey to Treeline, Inc., JMG, Corp., and Philip Andrews, dated April 4, 2014 and recorded at the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 13500, Page 96. The period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the Mortgage will be conducted on February 6, 2019 commencing at 10:00 a.m. at Bloomer Russell Beaupain, 175 Exchange Street, Suite 200, Bangor, Maine. The property is further referenced as 45 Spruce Lane in Glenburn, Penobscot County, Maine-Municipal Tax Map 41 Lot 18. These references are given for convenience only and reference is made to the Mortgage Deed for an accurate description of the Real Estate to be sold. The sale will be by public sale to the highest qualified bidder. All bidders for the property will be required to qualify by depositing $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Bloomer Russell Beaupain, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. The sale shall be made subject to: (a) any condition which a title search would reveal, (b) any unpaid taxes or assessments due to the Municipality of Glenburn or the State of Maine, and (c) any facts which an accurate survey of the premises might show. The property shall be sold "as is" and "where is" without any warranties whatsoever expressed, implied or otherwise except. Additional terms will be announced at the public sale.
