Notice is hereby given that the Region 8 Cooperative Board, in Rockland Maine, will receive General Contractor Qualifications for the purpose of pre-qualifying General Contractors to bid on a New Mid-Coast School of Technology; which is a new technical high school in Rockland, Maine. The project includes all new high school construction, existing high school demolition, and site work associated with the completion of a 90,000 square-foot high school project as defined in the General Contractor Qualifications document.
Qualification submissions for the project will be received at the existing Mid-Coast School of Technology Offices, 1 Main Street, Rockland, Maine until 12:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on June 09, 2017. Qualifications received after this time will not be accepted. Thereafter, qualifications will be opened privately.
Request for Qualification documents may be obtained by contacting Ms. Sherry Moody, Business Manager, at the Mid-Coast School of Technology, 1 Main Street, Rockland Maine at 207-594-2161 extension 201.

A recommended, but not mandatory, pre-qualification submission site visit will be held, Monday June 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Mid-Coast School of Technology. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Qualifications.
