The City of Bangor is intending to repave a portion of Hogan Road. The project includes grinding a portion of the existing pavement and placing new surface pavement along with some curb replacement, starting at Haskell Road and extending southerly 0.45 miles to Mount Hope Avenue. Please take note that, pursuant to 38 MRSA, Sections 413 and 414-A, The University of Maine, intends to file a wastewater discharge permit application with the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The application is for the discharge of a variable amount of steam condensate water intermittently from the Steam Plant to the University of Maine storm sewer system, which ultimately leads to the Stillwater River in Orono, ME. The application will be filed on or about Jan. 9, 2019 and will be available for public inspection at DEP's Augusta office during normal business hours. A copy may also be seen at the municipal office in Orono, Maine. A request for a public hearing or request that the Board of Environmental Protection assume jurisdiction over this application must be received by the DEP, in writing, no later than 20 days after the application is found acceptable for processing, or days from the date of this notice, whichever is longer. Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered August 13, 2018 in the action entitled [font=font57991]Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. v. Bonnie Y. Henderson[/font], by the Skowhegan District Court, Docket No. RE-2017-069, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by the late Geraldine A. Henderson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Residential Mortgage Services, Inc. dated June 28, 2013 and recorded in the Somerset County Registry of Deeds in Book 4680, Page 127, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]February 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM At Bendett & McHugh, P.C., 30 Danforth Street, Suite 104, Portland, Maine[/font] The property is located at 13 Locust Street, Skowhegan, Maine, as described in said mortgage. The sale will be by public auction.
