Rehlander et al.[/font], by the Maine District Court, Division of Belfast, Docket No. RE-15-53, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Paula Rehlander and Lawrence L. Rehlander to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA ditech.com, its successors and/or assigns dated December 9, 2003 and recorded in the Waldo County Registry of Deeds in Book 2547, Page 291, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
