The Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management (DVEM) wishes to procure architectural/engineering services for the Brewer Armory Brick Facade Repair Project for the Brewer Armory in Brewer, Maine. Qualifications packages are due at 4:00 PM on 16 February 2017 at Camp Keyes-BLDG 8, 194 Winthrop Street, Augusta, Maine 04333-0033, Attention: Paul R. Lapointe, Facilities Project Manager.
The scope of services required includes investigative services required to repair and restore the existing brick facade on the north exterior wall of the Brewer Armory. Coordination with the Maine State Historical Preservation Office (SHPO) is required as part of this project. Approximate area of brick to be repaired/restored is 3,500 square feet.
