128TH MAINE LEGISLATURE LEGISLATIVE HEARING NOTICES Hearings on LDs Legislative committees will hold public hearings as listed. Please note that there may be additions or changes to this schedule and bills will not necessarily be heard in the order listed. (The LD number has not yet been assigned). The proposed budget initiatives may be viewed on the Bureau of the Budget's website: http://www.maine.gov/budget/ Look for General Fund Proposed Supplemental Budget 2017 Part A contains supplemental appropriations and allocations for fiscal year 2016-17. Part B (which is not part of the public hearings but may be part of the Department and Agency introductions) contains approved reclassifications and range changes. The Full Document contains language Parts C through O. The following is a schedule of joint hearings to be held in two blocks. The morning block is divided by initiatives related to the jurisdiction of five policy committees of jurisdiction. The afternoon block will contain hearings on initiatives and language parts not covered in the morning. There will be separate sign-up sheets to for each morning block and one unified sheet for the afternoon.
