Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered February 13, 2015, in the action entitled [font=font57991]The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. f/k/a JPMorgan Chase Bank, as Trustee for WAMU Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-RP1 v. John F. Gilgan and Karen A. Gilgan, et al.[/font], by the Bangor District Court, Docket No. BANDC-RE-13-203, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by John F. Gilgan and Karen A. Gilgan to Schaefer Mortgage Corporation dated August 18, 1998 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 6786, Page 163, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]January 3, 2017 at 10:00 AM At Bendett & McHugh, P.C., 30 Danforth Street, Suite 104, Portland, Maine.[/font] The property is located at 20 Norfolk Street, Bangor, Maine, as described in said mortgage. The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Bendett & McHugh, P.C., which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event a representative of the mortgagee is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
