PUBLIC NOTICE
REGARDING
Availability to review and comment on the Madawaska, WIN 21736.00, project's Draft Memorandum of Agreement.
The MaineDOT projects consists of bridge replacement of the International Bridge #2399. The Draft Memorandum of Agreement describes mitigation efforts for the resolution of adverse effects to historic properties.
Federal regulation (36 CFR PART 800) requires MaineDOT and the Federal Highway Administration to provide notice and information about this project, its effects on historic properties, and seek public comment.
Interested parties may review project and historic information at http://www.maine.gov/mdot/env/. Comments regarding the historic properties and effects can be submitted via the web site or to Julie Senk at the following address. Comments must be received by March 20, 2019:
