By virtue of and in furtherance of the Order dated October 31, 2018 of the District Court for the Division of Southern Penobscot in the matter captioned One Stop Home Repair, Plaintiff v. Jeffrey Webb, et al., Docket No. RE-18-66, notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of March 2019, commencing at 9:30 a.m., Judgment Creditor One Stop Home Repair will conduct a public auction at Gilbert & Greif P.A., 82 Columbia Street, Bangor, Maine, to sell at said public auction the real estate at 42 Levenseller Road, Eddington, County of Penobscot, Maine, more fully described in a deed from Stanley Worcester to Jeffrey L. Webb, Sr. and Joanne F. Locascio dated May 10, 1993 and recorded in Book 5319, Page 65 of the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds and in a deed from Joanne F. Locascio to Jeffery L. Webb, Jr. dated November 10, 2009 and recorded in Book 12444, Page 185 of the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds. Those wishing to bid must qualify by registering prior to the auction and depositing cash or bank check in the amount of $3,000.00. The Judgment Creditor reserves the right to bid, and to announce other terms, conditions and rules regarding the auction prior to the commencement thereof.
