Inhabitants of the Town of Winterport, Maine, qualified by law to vote in Town affairs, are herby notified to meet at the Winterport Town Office 44 Main Street, in said Town, on Tuesday, the 26th day of February A.D., 2019 at six-thirty (6:30 pm) to act upon Articles 1 and 2 at Open Town Meeting, said articles being set out below:

Article 1. To elect a Moderator, by written ballot, to preside at said meeting.

Article 2. To see if the Town will vote to appropriate $15,000.00 from the General Fund Unassigned Fund Balance to the Administration (Dept. 20) and Town Benefits (Dept. 15) departments due to the contract with the new Town Manager.

The Registrar of Voters shall accept new voter registrations, and make any necessary changes to the voting list during regular office hours prior to the meeting, and during the Town Meeting.
