and Update
The City of Rockland is requesting proposals to review and update the Pollution Control Department's: (a) Sewer Use Ordinance, (b) Local Limits, and (c) Industrial Pretreatment Program Enforcement Response Plan.
Proposals must be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, February 22nd, 2019 at Rockland City Hall, 270 Pleasant St., Rockland, ME 04841. Outside envelope shall be marked:

The City of Rockland and the PCF have the right to not accept any and all proposals. Selection shall be based on qualifications and experience.
