Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall and will consider the following public hearing:
To amend the Land Development Code by changing of a parcel of land located on Broadway, (Tax Map R41-001-C) from LDR (Low Density Residential) District to HDR (High Density Residential) District. Said parcel of land containing approximately 6 acres of land, and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made part hereof.
