Briggs to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Irwin Union Bank and Trust Company, its successors and assigns dated February 16, 2005 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 9763, Page 271, the period of redemption having expired, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on [font=font36821]Thursday, January 24, 2019, commencing at 11:00 AM, at the Law Office of Shapiro & Morley, LLC, 707 Sable Oaks Dr., Suite 250, South Portland, Maine 04106.[/font]

The sale will be by public auction.
