
Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a meeting on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall and will consider the following public hearing:
To amend the Land Development Code by reclassifying a parcel of land located on 117 Broadway, (Tax Map 048-151) from M&SD (Multifamily & Service) District to Contract G&IS (Government & Institutional Service) District. Said parcel of land containing approximately 1.01 acres of land and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made part hereof. Broadway Medical Arts, LLC, applicant. Contract conditions - The minimum lot area for the property shall be at least ½ acre, the height of any buildings on the property shall be limited to a maximum of 40 feet, the imprevious surface ratio for the property shall not exceed 0.75, the sole access or driveway onto the property shall be from Pine Street; there shall be no direct access from Broadway, the buffer yard along the rear side yard of the property along Broadway shall be a "B" buffer yard and the parking buffer yards along Pine Street and Somerset Street shall, as much as possible, conform with "A" buffer yards, the provision of food on premises shall be limited to tenants, building occupants, and/or their staff and no overnight accommodations shall be provided on the property.
