The Town of Rockport Planning Board will meet on Wednesday October 24, 2018, 5:30 P.M. @ the Rockport Opera House, 6 Central Street Rockport to consider the following:
A proposed Subdivision Revision submitted by Rockport Property Holdings LLC for the Spring Mountain Highlands Subdivision to alter the property lines between lots 54-4 and 55-8; revise the building envelopes on lots 55-3 and 55-8; and alter the Alpine Way Right-of-way.
A proposed Subdivision Revision submitted by West Rockport Meadows LLC for the West Rockport Meadows Subdivision to reconfigure lots 107-5, 107-6, and 107-7 into lots 107-5, 107-6A, 107-6B and 107-7 and to rename the subdivision and the roads within.
Copies of the proposed subdivision revisions are available at the Rockport Town Office for public review. The Public is invited to attend the Planning Board meeting and submit public comments.
