Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale entered August 16, 2018 in the action entitled U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT v. Angela D. Mishou and Richard G. Mishou et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No.: BANDC-RE-17-52, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Angela D. Mishou and Richard G. Mishou to Mortgage Electronic Registrations Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Advanced Financial Services, Inc., its successors and/or assigns and dated June 1, 2004 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 9374 at Page 158, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagors, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
October 16, 2018 commencing at 10:00 AM at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2nd Floor-Rear, Falmouth, Maine
The property is located at 360 Call Road, Milford, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event that a representative of U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
