Notice is hereby given that the Hampden Town Council will conduct a
public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 17, 2018, at the Hampden Municipal Building Council Chambers, 106 Western Avenue for consideration of the following:
ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION AND BORROWING OF UP TO $500,000 TO FINANCE INSTALLATION OF A WATER MAIN TO THE BUSINESS AND COMMERCE PARK TO PROVIDE FIRE SUPPRESSION IN THE TOWN OF HAMPDEN.
This Notice and the public hearing will constitute the notice and hearing requirements to authorize the borrowing of money other than tax anticipation notes under Section 212.5 of the Town of Hampden Charter.
