At their regularly scheduled meeting on July 17, 2018 the Pittsfield Town Council adopted the following:
[font=font36821]ORDINANCE 18-02:[/font] That the Town of Pittsfield hereby ordains to re-enact the Town of Pittsfield Retail Marijuana Establishments and Retail Marijuana Social Clubs Moratorium Ordinance.
