The Hancock County Emergency Management Agency is accepting bid proposals for the following vehicle.

* Engine: Minimum 5.3L V-8
* Transmission: Automatic
* Heavy Duty Towing Package/Electric brake
* Minimum of 8,500 towing capacity
* High output alternator/Heavy duty, dual batteries
* All Season, high performance tires
* Full size spare tire
* Skid Plates
* Center console: none
* Interior: Minimum seating capacity of 5, black or gray finish
* Exterior: Black or white
* Customer Preferred Package to include: A/C, power windows, Bluetooth,
remote power locks, security system, privacy glass, remote start, spotlight,
emergency lighting capable, power mirrors, accessories capable.
Bidders are expected to submit bids no later than [u]4:00 PM, on September 21, 2018[/u], to the Hancock County Commissioner's Office, 50 State Street, Suite 7, Ellsworth, ME. 04605. Envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked [font=font36821]"EMA Vehicle Bid"[/font].
No verbal changes may be made to these specifications. All changes must be made in writing, copies of which must be received by all bidders not less than five (5) days prior to bid opening.
The County of Hancock reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the County.
