The Penobscot County Commissioners are seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for upgrade of the original 30 + year old pneumatic HVAC automatic temperature control system serving the jail to a direct digital control (DDC) system interfacing with the existing partial 16 year old DDC system for the Penobscot County Jail at 85 Hammond Street, Bangor, Maine.
All proposers are requested to participate in a pre-bid mandatory meeting at the facilities office on Thursday, October 20th at 10:00 am. Proposals are due back by Monday, October 31 at 4:00 pm. Copies of Bid Documents can be obtained online or may be purchased by contacting Cap Ayer for the cost of reproduction.
