The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing under the provisions of Section 4.2, Conditional Uses, of the Hampden Zoning Ordinance on Wednesday August 8, 2018, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave, Hampden, ME. Macie and Bryan Day propose to convert an existing single family home into a Child Care Center at 100 Mayo Road, Tax Map 35, Lot 4. The use is classified as a Child Care Center (C-2) in Section 3.1.3, the Use Table in the Zoning Ordinance. This site is in the Residential B district. The application may be reviewed at the Town Office during regular business hours.
