The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife is conducting a competitive bid process for the Beech Pond Access project in Palermo, Maine. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Bureau of Real Estate Management, 4th Floor, Cross State Office Building, 111 Sewall Street, 77 State House Station, Augusta, Maine 04333-0077 at 2:00 p.m. July 19, 2018.
The project involves construction of a gravel parking area for three rigs, installation of associated drainage, and adding gravel and regrading an access path.
Work on the project shall begin after August 1, 2018 and shall be completed by October 31, 2018. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site on July 12, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
