The University of Maine System is seeking responses to provide a room scheduling software product as defined in this document. This document provides instructions for submitting responses, the procedure and criteria by which the Respondent(s) will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the University of Maine System and the awarded Respondent(s) as defined in this document.
We are in need of a web based room scheduling software product for the seven University of Maine System institutions/campuses. The software needs to interface with our PeopleSoft student information system. It will be replacing our current Resourse25 system.
