The University of Maine System requires a software package for management of its System-wide Concurrent Enrollment Program, providing an Early College program to high school students and giving them access to university classes. UMS requires coordination between six campuses distributed widely across the state. The software must provide functionality for student registration, course oversight, course evaluation, records management, accounting, organization of accreditation information, monitoring of high school teachers by university professors, and the collection, analysis and reporting of data. The ability to provide technical assistance and curriculum development would be highly desirable.
