Pursuant to 23 M.R.S.A. Section 7202, the Maine Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing to receive evidence about a proposed at-grade public crossing to be located at Railroad Mile Post 3.8 in Stockton Springs, Maine. This crossing is to provide access to residential property owned by Midcoast Ventures, LLC. The Town Manager of Stockton Springs has requested that the hearing be scheduled. The proposed crossing would be located across railroad tracks that are owned and operated by the Central Maine and Quebec Railway. The public hearing to take evidence on this proposed crossing will be held on Wednesday, May16, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Building, 217 Main Street, Stockton Springs, Maine.
Interested parties and the public are invited to attend this hearing to present oral and written evidence. Any person who seeks formal intervener status under 5 MRSA § 9054 shall, by
May 9, 2018 deliver or mail written notice of intervener status to Toni L.
