On September 30, 2016, the City of Bangor submitted to HUD its annual Grantee Performance Report for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. This report details CDBG expenditures for the period 7/1/15 - 6/30/16 and is available for review at the Community Development Office, City Hall, 73 Harlow Street; Reference Desk, Bangor Public Library, 145 Harlow St.; and Health & Community Services Dept., 103 Texas Ave. Public comments received will be submitted to HUD upon receipt.
