Please be advised that the Planning Board of the City of Bangor will hold a meeting on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Third Floor Council Chambers of Bangor City Hall and will consider the following public hearing:
To amend the Land Development Code by changing part of a parcel of land located at 647 Main Street (Tax Map 27-Lot 001) from an Industry and Service District to a Government and Institutional Service District. Said parcel of land containing approximately 2.66 acres of land and being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made part hereof. City of Bangor, applicant.
