MSAD #31 is looking for proposals to complete a paving construction project at two of our district school sites. The work involves reclaiming and preparing parking lot surfaces for pavement.
One project is located at our high school / middle school site in Howland, ME and covers 110,000 square feet. The other lot is located at our elementary school site in Enfield, ME and involves approximately 400 square feet. The expectation will be to use 2 ½ inches of asphalt for pavement of the new surface.
