Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered March 16, 2017, as affected by an Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Enlarge Deadline to Commence Publication entered on November 26, 2017, in the action entitled U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Corp. 2005-OPT2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-OPT2 v. James L. Tomer Jr. et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No.: BANDC-RE-15-119, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by James L. Tomer Jr. and Patricia A. Preble to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation dated August 26, 2005 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10081, Page 270, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
