RSU 24 is requesting Bid Proposals for the Renovations to the Ella Lewis Gymnasium located at 15 Village Road, Stueben, Maine 04680. Work includes but is not limited, to selective demolition, including vinyl siding, asphalt and membrane roofing. Work also includes installation of new vinyl siding, wall sheathing, interior plywood wall panels, gypsum wall board, painting, roof shingles, sheet metal flashing, EPDM roofing and insulation, blown-in insulation and HVAC complete and ready to use. Plans and Specifications may be obtained after September 20, 2017 at RSU 24 Business Office c/o David L. Bridgham, Business Manager, Regional School Unit #24, 2165 US Highway 1, Sullivan, ME 04664.
