Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered May 8, 2017 in the action entitled Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1 v. Daniel W. Henry et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No.: BANDC-RE-16-146, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Daniel W. Henry to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation and dated March 26, 2007 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10894 at Page 188, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on October 3, 2017 commencing at 11:00 AM at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2nd Floor-Rear, Falmouth, Maine. The property is located at 313 Mount Hope Avenue, Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage. The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale. In the event that a representative of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Soundview Home Loan Trust 2007-OPT1, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-OPT1is not present at the time and place stated in this notice, no sale shall be deemed to have occurred and all rights to reschedule a subsequent sale are reserved.
