The University of Maine is seeking sealed bids for the following project: [font=font36821]BARROWS HALL ESRB LAB RENOVATIONS[/font]
Bids will be received until [font=font36821][u]2:00pm[/u][/font] on [font=font36821][u]Tuesday, August 29, 2017[/u][/font], at which time the Bids will be opened and read aloud.
Bidders may attend a [u]non-mandatory[/u] pre-bid meeting in Barrows Hall, University of Maine, in Orono, Maine on [u]Thursday, August 17, 2017[/u], at [u]2:00pm.[/u]
The Project consists of the renovation of two laboratory rooms in Barrows Hall. The Work will include casework, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and life safety. Work by Owner includes selective demolition, framing, walls, ceilings, flooring, painting, sprinkler, and doors and hardware.
