To be considered, return all requested information in an envelope clearly marked "BIA Long Term Parking Lot Pavement" by 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Deliver to the City of Bangor, Purchasing Department, 73 Harlow Street, Bangor, Maine 04401.
A bid security will be required consisting of a 5 percent (5%) Bid Bond or a Certified Check in lieu of Bond, as well as a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the value of the work are required.
Scope of Work Summary:
Full reconstruction of the Long Term Parking Lot, to include excavation, geofabric, gravel, pavement, compaction, curbing, testing, striping, etc. to complete the intended work.
APre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for August 9, 2017 in the Conference Room at the Bangor International Airport beginning at 9:00 a.m.
