Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered April 19, 2017 in the action entitled HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-OP1 v. Kelly A. Feero and Wayne A. Feero et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Bangor, Docket No.: BANDC-RE-15-124, wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by Kelly A. Feero and Wayne A. Feero to Option One Mortgage Corporation, a California Corporation and dated October 7, 2005 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 10133 at Page 286, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Book 11509 at Page 170 with the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagors, a public sale of the property described in the mortgage will be conducted on
August 30, 2017 commencing at 11:00 AM at 45 Court Street, Houlton, Maine 04730
The property is located at 7 Sawmill Road, Milford, Penobscot County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of the public sale.
