Notice is hereby given that the Hampden Planning Board will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, July 12, 2017, in the Municipal Building Council Chambers, located at 106 Western Avenue, Hampden, to hear the following:
1. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Section 5.3, Permits, and
Section 7.2, Definitions, related to Certificate of Compliance and
Certificate of Occupancy.
2. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Sections 7.2, Definitions,
related to definitions of municipal solid waste, processing and
transfer station.
