The Hampden Planning Board will hold a public hearing under the provisions of Section 330 of the Hampden Subdivision Ordinance on Wednesday June 14, 2017, at 7:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at the Town Office, 106 Western Ave., Hampden, ME. The Cushing Family Corporation proposes a major subdivision with 11 new lots off Constitution Ave. The proposed subdivision covers a portion of Tax Map 6, Lot 41A, and reconfiguration of Tax Map 6A, Lots 56 and 58. A new road with stormwater drainage, water, and sewer utilities will be built with access only to Constitution Ave. Interested parties may view the application at the Hampden Town Offices during regular business hours.
